Aaron Michael's Concessions specializes in gourmet restaurant quality, Southern-influenced cuisine in a mobile, pop-up environment. Signature dishes include golden fried chicken wings, Catfish, Jumbo Shrimp, Red Snapper and fresh-cut Rosemary Fries. Known for using the freshest ingredients along with signature spice blends, homemade sauces and recipes that have stood the test of time. Dishes are seasoned to perfection and as the slogan states, "It's all in the seasoning".
Mission
Owner, Aaron Bishop started started his journey in the food industry as a teenager when he worked in his Grandfather's restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio. This is where he began to learn the business and developed a passion for the industry. He learned that good food could bring people together in meaningful ways.
Vision
Aaron Michael's Concessions is a mobile food business that specializes in high-quality gourmet dishes ranging from seafood, chicken, shrimp and more. Each dish uses fresh ingredients and is seasoned to perfection. Ranging from pop-ups, festivals, events, delivery, and carry-out. Based in the Phoenix/Tempe area in Arizona, also travels to various cities for events, festivals, and concerts.
